Texas LPC-Supervisor’s 40-Hour Course: Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 27, 2026
By enrolling in the Texas LPC-Supervisor’s 40-Hour Course offered by CenTex Therapies, you (“Student”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Access and Duration
Upon successful payment of the $600 course fee, you receive access to the Texas LPC-Supervisor’s 40-Hour Course on the following two-stage schedule:
- Six (6) months from the date of purchase to begin the course. “Beginning the course” means opening any course lesson while logged in. If you do not begin within six months, your access will expire.
- Ninety (90) days from your first lesson access to complete the course. Once you open your first lesson, a 90-day completion window starts automatically and supersedes the original six-month window. You must finish all course materials and submit your Final Evaluation before the 90-day window closes.
After your applicable window expires, your access will be removed and you will no longer be able to view course materials or submit responses.
2. No Refunds Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery of course content and intellectual property protection, all course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you have access to the course materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the course, failure to complete the course within the access period, technical difficulties, or change of mind.
3. Course Completion Window
You must complete all course materials and submit your Final Evaluation within the access window described in Section 1: six (6) months from purchase to begin, and ninety (90) days from first lesson access to complete. No extensions will be granted. If you do not begin the course within six months of purchase, or do not complete it within 90 days of opening your first lesson, your access will expire and you will be required to repay the full $600 course fee to retake the course.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools: Strictly Prohibited
The use of artificial intelligence tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or any similar AI assistant) to answer any questions, write any responses, or complete any portion of this course is strictly prohibited.
Any student found to have used AI tools to complete course materials will be:
- Immediately dismissed from the course
- Denied a Certificate of Completion
- Reported to the Texas LPC Board if applicable
- NOT issued a refund of the course fee
This course requires your own original thought, reflection, and clinical reasoning. Submissions may be reviewed for evidence of AI generation, and the instructor reserves the right to request a verbal or written follow-up if the authorship of a response is unclear.
5. Passing Score and Certification
The course Final Evaluation is worth 100 points and consists of three parts. A passing score of 70 points or higher is required to receive your Certificate of Completion. The certificate will be reviewed and signed by Sylveria Sanchez, LPC-S, and emailed to you upon successful completion.
6. Submission Process
All course responses are submitted directly inside the course platform. No email submissions are required. After enrollment, sign in at https://centextherapies.com/lpc-supervisor-course-login/ to access the course.
- In-module activities (Reflection Questions, Homework Activities, Case Presentations, and Ethical Dilemma exercises): each is presented as an Assignment within the lesson. Type your response in the assignment text field and click Submit. Sylveria Sanchez, LPC-S, will review each submission directly in the platform. Lesson completion is recorded automatically when you submit.
- Final Evaluation: complete the in-platform Final Evaluation Quiz at the end of Module 7. The quiz is 100 points across three parts (Part 1: multiple choice and short answer, Part 2: case study analysis, Part 3: essays). You must score 70% or higher to pass. One retake is permitted.
If you experience a technical issue with the platform or your submission, contact admin@centextherapies.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including text, graphics, videos, and downloadable content, are the property of CenTex Therapies and are protected by copyright. You may not redistribute, sell, share, or reproduce any course materials without express written permission. Sharing your login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
8. Account Sharing Prohibited
Course access is granted to a single individual. Sharing your account credentials with others, allowing others to take the course on your behalf, or using the course materials for group instruction without authorization is prohibited.
9. Course Updates
CenTex Therapies reserves the right to update course content at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes in Texas LPC Board requirements, ethical guidelines, or best practices in clinical supervision.
10. Limitation of Liability
This course is for educational purposes. CenTex Therapies does not guarantee that completion of this course will result in approval of your LPC-Supervisor license by the Texas LPC Board.
