You’ve spent years being told to try harder, make better lists, stop forgetting the things that matter. You’ve watched other people seem to have systems that work while yours falls apart by Wednesday. Maybe you’re newly diagnosed and finally have a name for what has been getting in your way, or you’ve suspected for years and never had the right person to talk to. Maybe you served, and military structure held things together until it didn’t, and the silence after the uniform feels louder than the chaos before it. The problem was never who you are. It is how your brain is wired, and how nobody taught you to work with it.
For ADHD, trauma, and men’s issues, therapy is collaborative and practical — no judgment, no generic advice. Sessions use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and ACT to build real coping strategies. For trauma, we go at your pace using proven approaches to reduce triggers and reclaim your life. For men, this is a space to be honest, work through what’s weighing on you, and move forward.CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing

I have lived in Texas for my entire life and love it! I am the oldest of 5 and come from a small town about 30 minutes away from Uvalde. I attended The Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest, earning my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I take a collaborative, non-traditional approach to therapy — moving away from the “lying on a sofa” model to work together with you on your specific goals. I emphasize trust, honesty, and creating a safe, authentic space where you can show up as you are. You may meet some of my complimentary therapy fur babies who ADORE watching Bluey in our sessions together!
I work best with teens, young adults, seniors, parents, couples, and veterans/military families. My areas of expertise include anxiety, trauma/PTSD, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, first generation trauma, religious trauma, immigration, racial identity, grief, domestic violence, and relationship issues. I also speak Spanish.CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution Focused

You earned your LPC-Associate license, and now you’re staring at 3,000 hours wondering which supervisor will actually help you become the clinician you want to be. Maybe you’ve heard the stories about supervisors who sign hours but skip the real work, or you’ve sat through sessions that felt more like a status update than mentorship. Supervision should sharpen your clinical instincts, not just check a box.
I am Sylveria Sanchez, LPC-S, and I supervise LPC-Associates pursuing full Texas licensure. My approach is structured but personal. Each session is a conversation about real cases, real decisions, and the clinician you are becoming. We work on case conceptualization, ethical complexity, theoretical orientation, and the questions you do not yet know to ask.
Supervision is where competence becomes confidence. I am currently accepting LPC-Associate supervisees. If you are looking for a supervisor who takes your development as seriously as you do, I would welcome a conversation.

Hi, I’m Emily — a Licensed Professional Counselor and first-generation Latina. I understand the cultural and familial pressures many Latinx individuals face, and I bring that awareness into every session.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, and emotional stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed — seeking support, clarity, or simply a space to process their experiences. Through a collaborative, client-centered approach, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey.
I integrate Somatic Experiencing into my work to support healing at both the mind and body level, and I’m currently completing advanced-level training. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I provide culturally responsive care tailored to your needs.
I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll build awareness, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful steps forward that align with your goals and overall well-being.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step — you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.Somatic Experiencing, Client-Centered
